The FÃÆ'átima prayer ( Portuguese pronunciation: Ã, ['fatim?] ) are five Catholic prayers from the appearance of Mary in FÃÆ'átima, Portugal, in 1917. The Decade, as the best known of these five prayers, is usually added at the end of every decade of the Dominican Rosary, one of the most popular practices of the Church Roman Catholic. The other two prayers are also associated with visions and can be classified as Prayer of Prayer. However, they did not appear in FÃÆ'átima but in Spain many years later. This brings the number of prayers to seven.

Doa Dekade
Although not part of the original Rosary tradition or in the original text of the vulgate, many Roman Catholics choose to add it after the Glory of Being Father after the Blessed Virgin Mary is said to have requested its use during its appearance in FÃÆ' áTima, miracles are considered "believable" by the Church. The following text of prayer first appears in Latin and later in English.
- Domine Iesu, dimitte nobis debita nostra, libera nos ab igne inferiori, perudan in caelum omnes animas, praesertim eas, quae misericordiae tuae maxime indigent. Amen. Jesus, forgive our sins, save us from the fires of hell, direct all souls to Heaven, especially those most in need of Your mercy. Amen.
This is the Portuguese version:
- "Good Jesus, forgive us and free us from the fires of hell, take all souls to heaven and help those in need of your boundless compassion."
According to the book of Our Lady of FÃÆ'átima by William Thomas Walsh (Macmillan, 1947), in an interview with the author, Sr. Lucia states that "The correct form is what I wrote in my explanation of the apparition of July 13: 'My Jesus, forgive us, and save us from the fires of hell, draw all souls to heaven, especially those most in need. ' "This version does not have a generic" compassion "phrase added generally at the end.
It also gives the original Portuguese language in footnotes: "ÃÆ'" meu Jesus, perdoai-nos e livrai-nos do fogo do inferno; levai as alminhas todas para o CÃÆ' à © u, principalmente aquelas que mais precisarem. "The third petition," levai as alminhas todas para o CÃÆ' à © u "is more correctly translated as" leading all small souls to heaven. "" Little souls "is a term of affection among Portuguese Catholics for souls in Fire Sanctification, equivalent to the phrase in English "poor soul." The context of the phrase refers to the liberation of all souls from purgatory to heaven, and thus this petition never signifies universal salvation.

Prayer FÃÆ'átima More
The less common ones say "Fatima's Prayer" include the Pardon Prayer, the Angel's Prayer, the Eucharistic Prayer and the Sacrificial Prayer that the seers say they learned from the heavenly people from their visit. Sister Lucia said two more prayers were given to her in 1931 in a vision of Jesus Christ. Both are known as Conversion Prayer and Safety Prayer and are often classified as Fathima's prayers.
Pardon Prayer
Observers say that these prayers were taught to them in the early appearances of FÃÆ'átima in the spring of 1916, by an angel who called himself "The Guardian Angel of Portugal".
- God, I believe, I like, I hope and I like You! I apologize for everyone who does not believe, do not worship, do not hope and do not love You.
Angel's Prayer
In the fall of that year, according to Lucia, she and her cousin saw the same angel again, and she taught them a second prayer. At the same time they saw a vision of the Blessed Sacrament hanging in the air before the angel prostrated and prayed:
- O Holy Trinity, Father, Son and Holy Spirit, I deeply praise You. I offer You the Most precious Body, Blood, Soul, and Divinity of Jesus which is present in all the world tabernacles, in compensation for the abominations, the blasphemy and the indifference with which He is offended. With the infinite reward of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Immaculate Heart of Mary I beg the conversion of the poor sinners.
The Angel's Prayer is an Action Repair to the Blessed Trinity.
Prayer of Great Gratitude
On May 13, 1917, the three children saw a woman dressed in white shining, which they then realized was the Virgin Mary. The main message at first was the importance of praying the Rosary. He also asked the children if they would sacrifice sacrifices for the sins of the world, and they agreed; he then said, "You will suffer much, but the grace of God will be your comfort." When he says "the grace of God" he stretches out his hand and the children experience a tremendous light around him and pierce them. Without thinking about it, they found themselves saying these words: "Holy Trinity, I adore you, my God, my Lord, I love You in the Most Blessed Sacrament."
Lucia then wrote that they were "moved by inner encouragement," when he was on the vision of October 13, 1917 where he sounded calling "Look at the sun!"
Sacrifice Prayer
On June 13 of that year, fortune-tellers said that "women from heaven" reappeared and taught them two more prayers, Decade and Sacrifice Prayer. This second prayer should be said when offering an act or some suffering in the spirit of the Sacrifice.
- O Jesus, it is for Your love, in reparation for the offenses committed to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, and for the repentance of the poor sinners [Some add here "that I pray/do this"].
William Thomas Walsh said Lucia told him the following words: "O Jesus, it is for your love, for the repentance of the sinners, and for the reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary."
This prayer, which is sincerely pronounced, effectively enables any difficulty, illness or pain in one's life to be offered as a Repair Story.
Conversion and Safety Prayer
The last two prayers are taught to the last of the living seers, Lucia, when two of her friends have died. In 1931 he had a vision in Rianxo, Spain, where he met Christ. He asked him to pray for the Repentance and Salvation of the world through the Heart of Mary, His Mother.
- With Your Immaculate Conception, O Mary, get the conversion of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe and the whole world!
- Sweet Heart of Mary, be the salvation of Russia, Spain, Portugal, Europe, and the rest of the world.
Eucharistic Prayer and Pardon Prayer are often used as ejaculatory prayers which are quite common in the Catholic tradition. A visiting Jesuit priest, Father Cruz, also taught the children to say a short prayer; "Jesus, I love you" or "The Immaculate Heart of Mary, save the poor sinners." According to Lucia, Jacinta immediately arranges these prayers into music and can be heard singing them throughout the day.
These prayers are not the only devotion that arises from Fatipima's vision. Lucia says that Mary calls for a series of devotions, including the Five Saturdays, the repetition of the Rosary, and the prayer for the conversion of Russia - at that time viewed by the Church as a godless Communist nation.
This spurred the creation of an organization known as the Blue Army of the Virgin Mary of FÃÆ'átima, dedicated to carrying out the request of Our Lady of FÃÆ'átima, as well as the promotion of Brown Scapular.
