Asyer yatzar (Hebrew: ????) ??? ???) "Who [has] formed [man (kind)]" is a blessing in Judaism. It is traditionally recited after engaging in excretion, but is also included in many Jewish prayer books as part of daily prayer before the hashachar birkot .
The purpose of this blessing is to thank God for good health. It expresses gratitude for having the ability to exclude, because without it its existence is impossible.
Although read aloud by the devout Jews whenever the excretory function is used, thus giving it the name "blessing of the bathroom", it is also recited during the service of Shacharit because of its spiritual significance (for Jews, human beings are made in the image of God, so is an admiration of creation God).

People with medical problems
There is no consensus as to whether or not (or how often) someone with a medical problem should read asher yatzar :
- A person suffering from incontinence should say a blessing after urination, even if it is not intentional
- A person who has no intestinal or bladder control does not say a blessing at all
- People who, due to drugs, feel distressed to urinate, should read their blessing once after he empties his bladder
- A person with a urinary catheter is considered to be involved in a single urine act that lasts throughout the day, so the catheter user should say a blessing once in the morning with the intention that it applies to all urination throughout the day.
- A person with diarrhea should say a blessing after each diarrhea example
- The person who has taken the laxative does not have to say a blessing until the laxative does his job
- Someone whose minds are not fully resolved due to the diseased disease
