Collars can be harmful to pets living in crates or that may be trapped in tree branches and that is why a safety collar has been developed. There is a special type of collar that is intended for dogs and cats. Breakaway collars are designed specifically to prevent pets from choking or getting caught in their collars. They feature smart designs that release quickly when a small amount of pressure is applied, like a cat that hangs on a branch of a tree. The buckle will come off, which quickly takes out the pet from a possible desperate situation. However, it is recommended that pets should be removed from their collars before going to bed in a cable trunk.
